What ports need to be opened between the 3 enterprise FE servers in site 1 and 3 Enterprise FE server in site2 for IM, presence, webshaing and AV?

Theres a nice tool Lync Firewall Rules Viewer, it can help you to determine which ports and protocols are required to let traffic through the firewall.
